When will my order arrive?

Once your order is placed, it is processed, packed and sent directly to your door! Even-though this is common practice now, I still think that it is pretty cool that we can purchase an item from one end of the world and have hand delivered to you on the other end. 

 

If you look beside the price on each products page, you will find the time your order takes to dispatch (i.e. the time it takes to pack your order ready for delivery). I do my best to get your order to you as soon as possible and to help fast delivery times.

 

All orders are sent via Australia Post. I decided to solely use them for a few reasons:

1. I have used a  number of couriers and am yet to find one that is reliable. When it comes to feedback from all of my customers, I take it seriously, and the feedback I was receiving about the different couriers I had tried was too loud to ignore. 

2. If you ever choose to contact contact Australia Post directly about your delivery, you will never be directed to an overseas call centre. 

3. If you are not home and do not wish your parcel to be left at your door, it will go to your nearest Post Office. If there is one store that everyone knows the location of... it is their local Australia Post Office.

If you are located within SA:

2 business days (metro), to 5 business days (country) 

 --

If you are located outside of SA:

3-6 business days (metro), to 7-10 business days (country)

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Innate Pets, containing the link to Australia Post and your tracking number. You can then track it directly on the Australia Post website using the tracking number. Your tracking number will not activate until it is physically handed into an Australia Post Office. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

 

 

Will I receive one package or multiple?

Currently, I am going through some warehouse restructuring and orders that include a number of items from different collections may be shipped in separate packages. For each package, you will receive a tracking number and what that package contains. The postage cost to you is not affected by selecting items from different collections, I look after this for you and you will only ever be charged one postage charge that is calculated by weight, not by the number of packages you will receive. 
All products are being pulled into one warehouse, which will mean that you will only ever receive one parcel. If you have registered your email address for the newsletter sign up, or purchased in the past, I will let you know as soon as the warehousing is completed.
